The ResearchOps Review publishes highly curated content, all laser-focused on ResearchOps. Every year, we also produce a podcast series and an industry-defining asset. And, thanks to our partners and sponsor, it’s all available to you for free.
Why The ResearchOps Review?
In early 2025, Kate Towsey founded The Research Review to give the roughly 200 ResearchOps professionals who make up the Cha Cha Club—not a dance club, but a members’ club for ResearchOps professionals—a platform to share their insights and expertise with you. In the world of ResearchOps, Kate needs no introduction: she’s the ResearchOps guru, a sought-after adviser, the author of Research That Scales (Rosenfeld, 2024), the founder of the Cha Cha Club, and editor-in-chief of The ResearchOps Review.
The Cha Cha Club—Not a Dance Club
The Cha Cha Club is around 200 members strong, with members working at 120 companies worldwide—from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Kate Towsey founded the Club in 2019 in a small New York City cafe called Cha Cha Matcha. Since then, it’s become something of an institution.
We regularly partner with the research vendors to deliver The ResearchOps Review and various productions that evolve the field of ResearchOps and reach thousands of UX and product professionals. In the past, we’ve partnered with Rally, User Interviews, Great Question, and Tremendous to bring industry-defining content to life.
