A great read. I love the line "I worry that by teaching and encouraging our partners to do low-risk research, our partners might make camp on top of Dunning-Kruger’s Mt. Stupid". Applies to so many areas.

I really enjoy the tension between research democracy and actual democracy. I came into the industry at a company that had already fully integrated PMs/product designers into the research practice. Until reading this, I had not once put together that there's no democracy in a work place…it feels so obvious. Interested to see how this gets put into practice across organizations!
