I hope in the future we see the 'user' perspective and experience re-centered in business priorities, not just because of sales. While you may not immediately see a change, eventually 'users' will feel they are no longer considered and find somewhere they are appreciated and thought of.
It's so true, Dominique–especially in fast-paced environments that have swung from a growth to a profit orientation. That's not bad in itself, but ethics and privacy (and our participants) shouldn't be put at risk as a result.
