Invaluable read. Having set up data governance and privacy for many organizations, the 'user' perspective has often been lost. Thank you.

I'm so honored you read it and found it valuable. I couldn't agree more with your statement. I hope in the future we see the 'user' perspective and experience re-centered in business priorities, not just because of sales. While you may not immediately see a change, eventually 'users' will feel they are no longer considered and find somewhere they are appreciated and thought of.

It's so true, Dominique–especially in fast-paced environments that have swung from a growth to a profit orientation. That's not bad in itself, but ethics and privacy (and our participants) shouldn't be put at risk as a result.
