Announcing The ResearchOps Review
Smart writing. Sharp thinking. All about ResearchOps.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of The ResearchOps Review, the brand-new publishing arm of the Cha Cha Club, a members’ club for full-time ResearchOps professionals. Starting 1st May, this Substack will become your go-to space for thoughtful, practical content about the ins and outs of ResearchOps.
Every two weeks, we’ll publish an original piece written by a Club member, laser-focused on the realities, challenges, and evolving landscape of ResearchOps. We’ll also publish our annual limited-edition podcast series here, plus occasional news and updates.
All articles are edited by Kate Towsey, Cha Cha Club founder and author of Research That Scales (Rosenfeld, 2024), and Katel LeDû, writing coach, publishing steward, co-author of You Should Write a Book (A Book Apart, 2022), and former CEO of A Book Apart. Together, they’re making sure every piece is as insightful as it is well-written.
The first article drops on 1st May, 2025.
If you’re serious about levelling up your ResearchOps practice, or just want a peek into how the world’s best get the job done, subscribe! You won’t want to miss a beat.
